Simple pricing, honest limits
Every plan includes the preview, the guardrails and the undo. Paid plans add mailboxes, scheduling and a longer safety net.

Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One mailbox, ten cleaning jobs a month, no card required and no time limit. It exists so you can see a real preview of your own mailbox before deciding whether the paid plans are worth it.
What counts as a "cleaning job"?
One preview-and-confirm cycle against one mailbox. Running a preview and cancelling still counts, because the work of scanning the mailbox has been done. Scheduled runs on paid plans do not count against the monthly allowance.
What happens if I hit a limit mid-clean?
Nothing is half-deleted. Limits are checked before a job starts, and the per-job message ceiling is applied at preview time — the preview tells you it was truncated and you can run the job again to continue.
Can I downgrade?
Yes, at any time. If you end up over the new limits, nothing is deleted and existing mailboxes keep working — you simply cannot add new ones until you are back within the plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, but we make discretionary refunds where something clearly went wrong on our side. Email support@emailcleaner.xyz.
